Because of the inclement weather reports we are receiving about the changing weather patterns, tonight’s Downtown Block Party concert with Dylan Sneed has been cancelled. The Hartsville Icon Competition has also been cancelled. We will let the Icon competitors scheduled for tonight be on-stage singing it out at the next Downtown Block Party: October 8th, featuring SkyMonk, and located on Railroad and Coker avenues.
