A new addition for the Fall 2015 Downtown Block Party dates, Hartsville Icon gives local musicians a chance to perform in front of our live audience as well as win a chance to perform for the grand prize during the Duke Energy Lights Up the Night Community Festival on Oct. 24. Each concert date will produce one finalist to advance to the Oct. 24 competition, where musicians will contend to win:

• A $200 cash prize
• An opportunity to perform during Main Street Hartsville’s monthly Hartsville Farmers Markets
• A free entry into the Hartsville Christmas Parade
• A family pass for the Piratesville Splash Pad at Byerly Park Recreation Complex
