Serving the community through music and arts, Frets & Necks Fest 2017 benefits Leslie’s Hope, a program devoted to Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention. Both programs are part of the Hartsville Community Organization, Inc., a qualified 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
